So people say all the time...PUT YOUR FRIENDS BEFORE YOUR BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND...What if you have been friends with the person for a year...the past 6 months have been REALLY good friends...Best friends...But you like them...a lot...What do you do??? Tell or don't???...

Whats more important to you...The friendship with this person...Or telling them you like them and putting your friendship at risk???

That is the million dollar question. I say just play it somewhat laid back and let things go slow. If you make a move too soon, and things are awkward, you could lose a friend.
Drop some subtle hints and see what happens.. Don't move too fast and ruin things though...
Love will find a way if it is meant to be.

to me, friendship should always be more important. in my experience, when one of you decides to break it off if you try going out and when one of you says that you still want to be friends, chances are its not gonna work out that way unless both of you try. sometimes youre so hurt that you wont have the energy to make the effort, and that can last a long time until its too late to fix things. you should try to find out if your friend likes you back before you decide to risk your friendship.

It depends if you feel you cant live without them then the smartest thing for you to do is express your feelings and tell them that you dont want to jeapordize your friendship and what to know how they feel but you cant get mad if they dont feel the same way then you are jepordizing your friendship one of my best friends alyssa went out with her friend they broke it off and still are best friends but dont forget your other friends in the process.

depends what you want... don't pay attention to what people say!! follow your instinct! do you have reasons to think he likes you back? if you do, then go ahead and tell him... would be too bad to miss your chance!! but if you are sure he doesn't then don't as it might spoil your frienship... by spoil i mean you might not be as close as you were after telling him... good luck ;)
