Is early May too rainy to go to Vieques?

I saw that May is listed as the beginning of the rainy season...is it really wet?

No it is not too rainy in Vieques.... if there are a few showers they will clear up in an hour. I found that the rainy season starts in August - November. Check this website: http://www.vieques-island.com/weather.shtml

If you finally go do not miss Moquito Bay - Biobay and Sun Bay beach.
