are you saying he wants to adopt her or just be her boss is her dad in the picture at all and how will he react to giveing his rights away ,dose the little girl like him , there is a lot to concider before you should sign anything , dose he know that if he signs birth records if you all split up he still pays child support , and that you would have to give him visitation and if he could ever prove you unfit he could take total custody of her denieing you the right to see her i would talk to a lawyer and make sure you both understood every aspects of the adoption first

You are premature in your question, you must 1st be able to phrase the question correctly and in my opinion when you start off with MY BOY FRIEND wants to be my childs dad, this is an incorrect question only to be answered with a question,,how can he be your child's dad when he won't even step up and be your Husband first ? please think about that before you choose to be offended ....

It all depends on how long this guy has known you and your baby. Make sure that is what he wants because it is a life time commitment.
