It would be communism or fascism because we would not have a liberal democracy founded on individual freedom given to us by God. Read the founding fathers beliefs while some were deists they all believed freedom and equality come from above. Without God we really aren't all that equal are we? Eugenics and forced abortion follow communism look at Nazi Germany and COmmunist China.

Morals would be the same, as such derive from evolution. Evolution applies to societies as well as to species, and a society which adheres to a sound moral code will survive preferably to one that does not. The claims of religion to be a repository of moral values are without foundation.

Most likely most of the laws would be the same. We would definately be more free and easy with regards to sexual equality and sexual liberation.

As for morals? I think the nonsense about homosexuality, promiscuity, and gambling would be gone. People as a whole would be more tolerant and respectful of one another. Without their relgion to use as a tool of judgement and condemnation, I think we'd be a LOT more respectful of people's individuality.

Laws would be different, but I think most morals would be the same unless you are confused by religion as to what is right or wrong.

if america wasn't built on the basis of Christianity, nudity and profanity laws would not exist, churches would not be governmentally funded, and LGBT's would not be so hated. WHY MUST YE HATE THE LGBTS!? my life goal is to create my own country where it really IS free and laws are based on animalistic instincts instead of religious guidelines!

A society of killers, thieves, and rapists wouldn't last very long...we don't need religion to realize that.

Marriage would not exist. Societies would function but I couldn't picture the contrasts that I'm sure would exist.
