How long can I keep a bottle of cointreau once it's opened?

Provided that the cap is tight and you keep it in a cool and dark place, years.
I have a bottle opened more than a year ago and it's still good. ( I just checked ) Ymmmm....

It will evaporate before it spoils. Just keep it tightly sealed if you don't plan to use it for a while.

It wont go off, since its alcohol. It will slowly evaporate though, so drink up !!!

You can't. Just drink it and enjoy it fresh. :D
