The question is what's with your attempts to slander the Messenger of God for that time who brought the people of the Arabian peninsula out of the deepest depravity and under the grace of God. They became the most spiritual people on earth at the time and the best educated. From them came nearly all the cultural and scientific development that occurred between 700 and 1150 AD.
The nobles of Europe sent their children to the Universities of Islam as Christendom was deprived by the popes any education, hygeine, science or anything having to do with advancement. The popes were clearly afraid of Islam and kept the people of Christendom under their heavy fist to stifle a mass exodus.
We in the western world have Islam to thank for much of our law. Its very likely that the Magna Carta and the US Constitution extend from Islamic law. So stop your whining and tell the truth. Make a real contribution to humanity and stop hating.

Prophet muhammad first wife was 40 years old when he was 25 he never left her until she died; then he ahd other wife but he married them to show an example for others, he married women like widows and provided for them(otherwise she would become a mistress), he only had 1 daughter so he didnt do it out of sexual urges and whatever. Prophet muhammad lived a modest life, he could have made a palace but he lived in a small mud hut like other muslims in that time(that place is marked in the big mosque of saudi arabia, my father has been to the place); he married his last wife atleast the age of 16, IT WAS HIS FRIENDS DAUGHTER, THE FRIEND WAS 15 YEARS OLDER THAN THE PROPHET(so logically she wasnt very young, it was with her consent just like islamic law); throughout his life he only had one daughter.

It might be that the extremists (as some in Christianity) are
actually following the Old Testament literally.
You'll find pretty wacky stuff in there. Remember Muslims, Jews
and Christians have all the same root.

I have absolutely no idea. And I don't want to know. If you try to get in their head, you might get lost. Nobody can logically explain to me how it is loving and respectful to have more than one wife, how a wife is a second class citizen and how it is OK to take a wife who is half your age and under 17, when you are in your 40's. Nope. None of this makes sense to me and it shouldn't.
I just thought I'd throw that in there. Why they get so upset when you try to logically explain to them how their religion makes no sense, makes no sense to me. I just let them be. There are lots of people out there that don't make sense. Women who stay with men who beat them and her children, pedophiles who dontinue to feel the compulsion to do these things and even paranoid schizophrenics. Insanity is everywhere. Just be happy you are not one of them and count your blessings. Don't waste your time trying to change or understand them. Like I said, if you try to get in their head, you'll just get lost.

Because if the Muslims came to grips with who and what Muhammad was, they would have to admit that he was a fraud, and the entire religion of Islam would have to be abandoned. So rather than do that, they try to justify his actions, and do a rather poor job at it.
