They see colours a little more washed out than we do but not black and white, upside down, through a lens or any of that.

I read somewhere that dogs basically see things in orange, hew, yellow black and white colours. Like sunset.

yes dogs can only see in black and white but if you put glass on he may see how you are and run for it

Neither. Dogs see only certain colors, and the shape of the lens makes it look like they are looking through one of those round security mirrors.
