How undone was it? Was the carton of eggs fresh?
Many people eat 'soft boiled' eggs all of the time. The white is firm but the yoke is runny. These even get served in special egg cups so that the egg can be eaten cleanly.
Salmonella from eggs is a rare thing. Raw eggs are used all the time in salad dressings. The Food Network even mentions some of this here: http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/lc_general_food_info/article/0,2041,DIY_14005_2275657,00.html

No, you're fine. The yolk of an egg is the nourishment that is supposed to be given to the bird. The only reason why eggs that aren't fully cooked is that they somethimes, but very infrequently, contain salmonella. The chances of that are low, however, so you should be fine.

Haven't you ever had a soft boiled egg before?
Consider it opening your horizons, not a threat
to your health.
There are people who REGULARLY eat eggs raw.

Do not worry about it. Only one in like, ten thousand eggs is contaminated. I have eaten egg raw many times before (in things like cookie dough, cake batter, etc.) and I have never gotten sick from it. Don't be so paranoid.

It's not likely to hurt you. Salmonella and other bugs are mostly on the outside, and don't get into the yolk. It might taste a little weird but it's harmless.

No different than having an egg "over easy" or "sunny side up".
