Are the 2007 Acura TL Type-S worth the cost?

I have been looking to buy a new sedan for my family, and I find the Acura TL quite appealing, I'm asking anyone who owns one of these cars are they really worth the price?

spend a little more for a bmw 3 series, you get a lot more for your money

Probably not. The regular TL is, though. Type-S really isn't big enough a difference to warrant the price difference.
