I am a spiritual person but not a church goer. I went to a revival this week and the roof actually did not cave in on me. I actually enjoyed it and was moved.

I am praying for a miracle in my marriage. Do you think it might work?

I almost went through a divorce myself, and i know how you must feel right now. Unfortunately your significant other also has a role in this, and if she doesn't want to stay in the marriage it might not work out. GOD will not force you two to stay together, even though he wishes you would. You both have free will to do what you both want, but i pray that you as the husband exhaust all you options to stay married. Just make sure you sacrifice your pride and do whatever it takes within reason.

May GOD bless your marriage and your family!

God is not a fan of divorce. He created marriage so two form a union of one for all the days of your lives. He wants you to be married and to enjoy each other and to praise Him for the gift He gave you both. You are both God's gift to the other but as humans we tend to make mistakes and sometimes drift apart. Something I recently learned was one must forgive to be forgiven. I don't know your circumstances but usually in marriage when things get tough it frequently is the fault of both parties because of pride. One or both don't forgive the other. Pray, ask God to show you his will not yours. Ask your spouse to pray for the same. Put away your pride and deal with the tough stuff head on but ask God to be there to hold your hands. You love each other very much or you wouldn't have said those vows. Love each other again and bring God into the middle of it. I'm not saying this will save your marriage but it is a real important step. Good luck to you both. I just recently got divorced and I can tell you God wasn't part of my marriage. I wish He had been maybe we would still be happy and together now.

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/EDm5p

It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.

I know God is real and does get involved. God said we have not because we ask not. Therefore, since God is not a liar, if we ask with right motives, He may. He CAN of course do anything. People change from the inside out . I have prayed for people to want to do something different and they have. I have prayed for God to change me and HE has. But He's a gentleman. You- they- have to LET Him. God always answers prayers, but sometimes His answer is wait, or YOU change . The key is FAITH- you must believe it can work. Pray for His will, His perfect plan. Ideally before you marry.
I will pray for you ,too.

No. But actually addressing the problems in your marriage might. Take a paper, and in two columns list what is wrong with your marriage and what is right with it. Prioritize these, and redo the lists in priority order. Consider the first column as problems which may, or may not, be fixable. What solutions might exist? Write them down. Then consider whether it makes sense to try to implement solutions.
