That's the funniest thing I've read all day! They don't, however, occupy different niches which also means they will eventually be forced to compete against one another for the limited availability of resources. So in that sense it seems evolution may actually support the concept of Armageddon. We can only hope that in much the same way that an unexpected meteorite collision a few million years ago cleared the way for the rise of the mammals, maybe the saga will end with mutual annihilation - and clear the way for the rise of rational thought.

You have a small group of professional scammers. They know how to use the media very well. Ken Ham (Answers in Genesis) and Adnan Oktar (Harun Yahya) seem to be the biggest.
They have no shame about creating evidence and quote mining to propagandize there claims.
Ham is operating as a Christian in the USA with support from the Fundamentalist movement., Harun Yahya draws support from the Turkish Muslims.
They follow almost identical formats. You would almost think they had the same writers working for them.
They are doing very well in an economical sense.
Kent Hovind (Dr. Dino) recently made the mistake of defrauding his taxes and ended up in prison.

Not really... although they get a lot of press, especially in the West younger generations are focusing less and less on spirituality. The Western youth are much less involved in traditional religion than previously. I would guess that the same holds true in the Middle East, but that due to geo-political concerns, those who would otherwise be merely devout have become increasingly radicalized.

Evolution is a passing, pseudo-scientific novelty, just like phrenology. Over the last hundred and fifty years, science has continued to disprove many of it's tenets. Evolutionists revised their theories. Lack of transitional forms led to punctuated equilibrium (sudden appearance of new species). So, I guess a cow gave birth to a horse!
Evolutionists are desperate, as are others with a vested interest, to keep up belief. Evolution will continue to evolve until it is finally repudiated.
By the way, where do athiests think their rights come from? I mean, your right to free speech, freedom of the press, the right to keep and bear arms, the right to a trial by jury? The Founders tell us that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights.
If God is not the source of your rights, they must have come from government. And what government can give, it can take away. Think about it.

Yes, the survival of the fittest but they are like cockroaches and weeds that do last forever inspite of all we do to prevent them. It is hard to understand why the strongest surviving organism is usually so disgusting to the more evolved ones.
YEP...in a nutshell, Christians and Moslems are like cockroaches and weeds. Nothing will ever eliminate them and they will be around to aggravate the rest of us forever in smaller or in larger numbers. Religious nuts will always be around in one form or another inspite of the fact they are always busy killing each other off.

Well, you can't genetically inherit a belief system...it has to be taught; so it has nothing to do with evolution theory in the Darwinian sense. Google "meme" for one explanation for why beliefs spread.

There's this whole drawn out analogy featuring pandas and rabbits, and how many of each there would be after so many generations. Fast breeders, slow breeders.
I've done my part for the atheist breed...

irony is the iron that burns the feet of the stagnant. They will rise to fall. We watch in bitter amazement as the fools take the mount and proclaim their gloriousness. They raise their heads to have them severed by the pendulum.

Poorer people tend to multiply faster. Smart people tend not to be poor. So it is not surprising, even though evolution is a proven fact.

You do realize that most of the world is "Evolutionist," right? As long as we keep educating the idiots, everything will pan out.
