because little kids tell stories, and she acted that way because she believed one of them. it doesn't matter if they are african american or not, all kids do that.

I haven't heard that one before.
I did read an account by a Palestinian woman, who left Palestine; she said she was taught to stay far away from Jews, because if you ever touch a Jew, you will be Jewish too!
But what you describe sounds like a little kid thing, somewhat influenced by anti-white sentiment somewhere. It was nice that the dad came out and explained it to you, and showed his daughter that you are harmless. If you see the girl again, act friendly.
I lived with my young daughter in a mixed neighborhood, and she did run into some confused racial prejudice from some of the black kids. She got quite friendly with a black girl who would to call her "white and ugly," and say "eewww!" when they sat together. I guess they got to think it was funny.
One teacher told me that these negative anti-white attitudes are coming, partly at least, out of the Nation of Islam (the "Black Muslims"), which refers to Caucasians as "white devils." [Nation of Islam should not be confused with regular Islam, by the way; it is an American invention.]

I worked on figuring out the methods wherein the abuse affected me, and then set in the direction of changing that habit, or removing the consequences of the abuse. working example, I had terrible shallowness with the aid of abuse while i replaced into youthful. i got here across that this could be a classic sufferer of abuse trait, and located many different similarities besides. with the intention to counteract that low self-worth, once I understand that i'm having subject concerns, I tell myself to end thinking that way. I reiterate to myself that it rather is because of the fact of what I went by using in my previous that i'm having those doubts, and that i'm a good guy or woman that merits good issues. and that i think of of good issues that I unquestionably have performed or have occurring, and that frequently fixes the undertaking. Or subdues the self doubt sufficient so as that i'm not handicapped by way of it. I doubt i'll ever do away with the "you're actually not worth" abused little voice in my head, yet I are conscious of it for what it particularly is, and that i don't enable it have the skill to end me. specifically situations i think of we must be waiting to realize a undeniable point previously we are waiting to be certain the potential of growth by using healing. regrettably, some people on no account heal that a lot, they only close down and lash out on the worldwide that they have been harm in a lot.

as a child, kids believe things that they hear from a person they respect/trust/love. unfortunately, race issues are still a problem in this society, so if the child goes to a predominately african american school, why wouldn't she believe what she heard?
it's definitely shocking to witness something like that, but don't take it personally -- what an awful reminder of race problems in society!

I'm not really sure why she would act like that. Maybe she has been hurt by a "white" person, or maybe her friend was, and when told about it, she thought every "white" person hurts little girls. Just watch and see if she reacts again to you.

What does that even mean ??? Your not racial??? hahaha first of all let me tell you, RACE doesn't even exist biologically!!! It's a social construct, race means absolutly nothing.... so if your speaking about the idea of social race "existing" then yes I'm afraid you too are "racial" hah.

Some little kids say that to act smarter. The kid who told the little girl that could have been influenced by her parents or by another kid. Just try to ignore it, that girl will know better soon.
