Our beagle is a character, he's sooooooo stupid he runs around on the hardwood floors slippin' and slidin' on his paws like a maniac.

Beagles are actually one of the smartest breed of dogs. Just because he runs in circles it dosnt make him stupid. Did you ever think he might need attention and hes doing that just to get your attention. Or maybe he wants to play or take a walk because he is bored. Get a dino nylabone then he wont be bored or fill a kong w/ peanut butter and a couple dog biscuts. Get him a pig ear to chew on or better yet take him for a walk.

hMz.. that got me thinking...
My beagle is not really stupid. But then it takes quite a while for him to learn new terms. We train him on our own. But we train him the 'commando' way, which u may think it's cruel but that's how he learn it.
They are very prone to listen whenever there's food.
However, slippering on the floors means the fur on their paws are to long. U've got to maintain it by shaving or cutting it.

beagles are cute but by far one of the most smartest dogs on earth. Its a fact. What breed of dogs do they use @ the airport to sniff out drugs.....BEAGLES
they are a tap clumsy but thats why ya lov em :D

that is messed up. maybe its not its fault its stupid... maybe its your fault for not teaching it..
my suggestion : take it to some classes and it is kinda clumsy but very smart! :D

Maybe your beagle has ADD. I had a beagle, but we had to give her away.
