Depending on the length if it's shoulder length or longer, use a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise on it and put a wet towel in the microwave and heat (hot as your head can stand) and wrap you hair (that is covered in the mayonnaise), for 30 minutes and wash, condition, and style, etc.

the reason its fried is because your using the wrong type of staightner, not because of blowdrying it that actually good for your hair. Dont straightin it 4 a while, keep washing is very well and then go to a hair place and get a chi straightner. I know all these things because my aunt is a profeashanal hair styalist and she tells me every thing about hair so just trust me ok.

you need a good deep conditioning treatment get one thats super moisturizing and for thick coarse hair(even if you hair isn't thick or coarse) then wash your hair as usual and slap on a ton of the conditioning treatment then tie your hair in a bun on top of your head and sleep in the conditioner try to wait as long as you can to rinse it out and when u do rinse it out do so with cool water and dont heat style for a while good luck!

You need to go to a salon or a place like beauty brands and deep condition it. It sounds like it's dry and if you don't fix it now.. it will worsen and cause the hair to break.

Go to Sally's and buy a protein filler for your hair.
Don't use any heating appliances and be sure not to rub your hair with the towel when getting out of the shower.

don't cut it off. don't go to the salon either. It's a shame if you'd have to cut your hair off, I feel that you are totally frazzled about it. I can help you. See: http://www.nuskin.com/corp/product/totalcare/haircare.shtml. We can have it delivered right to your doorstep. Let me know if you want to try it out. I guarantee your hair will be healthier.
