The concept deals with jump starting the global economy by forgiving all third world debt to the major economic Super Power Nations of the world. Keep in mind that this is for a monetary debt that these small countries will never be able to pay back anyway. The currency they pay us with is nothing more than unfettered admission to a hypothetical financial "marker" that Super Power Nations hold over their heads, when the same Super Power Nations want a loan from another Super Power Nation. This is why every Country on our planet is in debt. Why not give those who are in debt for simply trying to survive the opportunity to pick themselves up; dust themselves off, long enough to make it on their own two feet.

There is a trial going on right now concerning some police officers who fatally shot a man on the eve before his wedding. he had no weapon on him. 51 shots were fired. This took Place in NYC in Queens. You could talk about weather or not they used excessive force.

One that I can pull off the top of my head would be why we should pull our troops out of Iraq and let the Iraqi's take care of what's going on over there themselves.
