Last year, I weighed around 117 lbs, and in the past few months, I dropped to around 98. I wasn't eating much, and was stressed, but I hadn't cut out food completely. But my friends all began to become really worried with me, and thought I was bulimic, and some of my friend's parents would even mention their concern to me and to other parents, so I gained some weight.
I'm 5'3", and now weigh around 104.
I personally don't think I'm skinny, but am just wondering, is it healthy?

It depends. One person with a naturally small build could be 5'3'' and l04 pounds, while someone who was naturally larger could be the same height and weight, but would have to starve thereself to stay at it. Stop worrying about your weight! EAT! If you're worrying about how you look, try to eat very healthy foods and exercise, but you should never, ever starve yourself. It's so unhealthy!!

Try this healthy body weight calculator. http://ibw.dietitian.com/ibw.exe According to this, your BMI is on the low side, which means that you can be lowering your immune system. Bulemia can be very serious if you're still doing that--you can ruin your espohagus and digestive system. If you want to be healthy, try making healthy food choices (lots of fruits and veggies, don't eat too many sweets and high fat foods) and exercise regularly. It sounds like you could add a few pounds, however. If you find that you're sick often, feel tired a lot, et., then you definitely want to get more food into your system. Food is a source of energy. Yes, we don't want to overdo it, but you definitely don't want to undereat because that can lead to serious problems as well.

Stress causes you to lose your appetite or for other people make them eat more,I would seek a psychologist.
