The good items for you is something that is smooth like smoothie you don't need to chew it you just need to swallow it.it does not take alot of time to swallow it.
Also if you want to use your teeth to bite something maybe you could eat your favorite thing it will help you eat faster.
But the thing is why don't you eat more breakfast so you don't get much hugry when the time you eat lunch.
Well,simple thing is you need somebody to remind you to eat faster,period!

TK, I have a great suggestion, you should totally eat marshmallows. They are extremely easy to swallow whole if you get the small ones. And since they are not big like a sandwich you can just eat as many as possible before twenty minutes is up. In fact, some people don't swallow. Instead they keep as many marshmallows in their mouth as possible and try to pronounce chubby bunny. You could probably start an office wide competition, maybe place bets, but be careful because two people have died attempting to set the Chubby Bunny World Record.

I'm a slow eater too. My friends hate taking me to restaurants because we will be there forever. lol. For lunch I like to eat those tuna fish snack kit with the crackers. Or a small chicken pita wrap sandwich.
