Yes, the banana seeds are located right along the vertical center of the fruit. However, I must add here that bananas are oftentimes not grown by their seeds, but are grown from their rhizomes (also known as corms,) which are actually the rootstock of this plant. When the upper part of the banana plant dies out, planters cut it off. The remaining rhizomes are then transplanted into another area, where they are allowed to give forth offshoots, and thus, start the banana cycle once again. These rhizomes have a productive lifespan of more than 15 years. Sorry for being wordy, but I just thought that I should share this knowledge too.

Yeah I've seen the seeds inside a banana before. Sometimes fruits are genetically engineered so that they will not contain any seeds. I found a caterpillar in a green pepper once- eek.

You have so many answers to prove the tiny black dots running all down the center of a banana are correctly & botanicaly speaking it's seeds.If you plan to raise a banana plant from one of these you will have no luck,new banana plants are raised from the off shoots that arise from the undergrond rhizome,these spring up around the main plant,the popular method these days is to plant a tissue culture propagated plant.

Yes in some bananas ,you can find tiny black seeds that appears in a line in the central region of it

confident residing in Hawaii and getting clean bananas off of the plant. I in simple terms had some get truly ripe and a few of them had worms in them. could not truly see how they have been given in yet confident they have been white worms. observed a hollow in banana after peeling. decrease banana aside to inspect and located worms. Threw the remainder of the bunch out. No eating insects or worms for me. I nevertheless devour bananas ordinary yet will look nearer now that's for useful.
