moisture...moisture...moisture... is really good for curly thick hair. Biosilk makes great products that can give it shine and help keep it frizz free without weighing it down.

Go to an Aveda Salon and ask the stylist.. Their products are awesome and they might be able to help you ease the frizz.

i have the same problem and i use suave frizz and curl shampoo and it helps me keep it shiny and with nice curls
