Is this cat "awake", standing or lying, because it sounds as though he may be seizing. If so, he is quite ill, and requires the vet as you are able. Good luck.

You need to take him in to the vet! He could have something stuck in his mouth, he could have a broken bone...regardless, he needs to get checked out. And soon!
