the baby boy was beautiful, but everytime i turned around to do something in my dream, and turned back to look at him, it was as if years had past because he grew at such a rapid rate, but never woke from his deep sleep.

With my first pregnancy, I always had dreams of a baby boy.
I gave birth to a baby girl,....... go figure........

I would say it probally means your having a boy. I had these drems with all my kids. I even knew I had twins when I was a month or so along because I kept having dreams of two babies, a boy and girl, a few months latter the doc told me its twins, a boy and girl!

I think that is supposed to mean you will have a baby girl. (Your real baby will be whatever the opposite of your dream)
