Satanist use the Bible as much as Christians. The difference is they think Satan wins the last battle and whatnot. A lot of information about Satan's nature, residing place, and following is found in the Bible.
Satanism in general is a sect of Christianity. So is the KKK, so is Mormonism, and so is the Jehovah Witness organization. It all depends on interpretation, which is why there are so many different denominations.

If I were Satan and could do it, I would be starting all kinds of religions to compete with the 'true' faith. What a clever and monstrous strategy! Especially considering how easily led the sheeple are these days.

It is important to remember that the Bible we read today is NOT the original Bible the way is was meant to be read. It has been translated many times over, and I am sure there have been numerous mistakes. Additionally, scribes and Kings (King James Version) have been known to remove and insert passages as they saw fit. I doubt that the Bible is satanic, but it certainly isn't a "true" work either.

The Bible is the place where Satan comes from. Without the Bible, we wouldn't know Satan, and he likely wouldn't exist.
I don't think that the Bible is Satanic, but it is the source of all anyone knows about Satan. You couldn't have Satanists without the Bible.

No. But Satan ( Satan tries everything that he thinks would work, he knows your weaknesses ) can keep you from understanding God's word if you do not put the full armor of God around you to protect you from evil. : )
Jesus confirmed the Old Testament and promised the New Testament. : )
