Reach in and pull it out!

Depends on how soft the rawhide is and how deep it goes down. If it's still hard around the edges you could damage the dog's throat trying to pull it out ... a vet would be in order there.
Otherwise, if you can see the thing down there and it's reasonably mushy around the edges, go after it.

I've had to do similar digging into the throat of the goldendoodle my nephew owns. She had a real look of surprise after I dove in after some toy she'd swallowed. She didn't quite know if she should have thanked me or given me a swift bite on the hand -- really was a risk on my part, she's quite toy and food possessive.

Personally, I'm not fond of rawhide because of that danger of large pieces possibly going down the gullet. I was lucky with my Shepherd, she must have had a stomach of steel for all the huge pieces of hide she swallowed! You could observe the process of her trying to force it down her esophagus. uck!

This is the reason why I don't give my dogs raw hide bones. they get soft and down the throat they go. I had to go in and pull the raw hide out of my dog throat..He was choking to death. After I got it out he was fine. Never again did I let raw hide anything in my home with my dogs.

Do a finger sweep and see if you can dislodge it, if not call your vet, they are usually available for emergencies.
