Lunch: tofu salad with sprouted grain bread
Snack: lrg apple
dinner: fish and steamed veggies with corn and a icecream.

yea thats good.ice cream isnt all that good for you though.

yes this sounds very good. when you decide to eat the ice cream try the sugar free. It still has a lot of calories but not as bad as the rest.
