I am married now, but I was single for a very long time....and all my boyfriends had the same nickname:
Honey.
Hey it wasn't an original, but at least none of them thought I was calling them by the LAST boyfriend's name ;-)

It needs to be something that relates to her or something she likes and only you can come up with that. What I mean, for instance if she likes chocolate, call her your little kiss or kissy ( after Hershey kisses) If she likes mushrooms on her pizza call her schroom. If she likes cats call her kitty etc. My hubby calls me sweetie cuz of my sweet tooth. Even talk it over with her, and decide together what fits her, have some fun deciding.

think of some inside jokes... throw in some last name, cheesy nickname involving food (such as cupcake)
and i cannot believe i am answering this question. its rather stupid. if you loved her and actually knew her, you wouldn't have to ask complete strangers to come up with a nickname for her.

Use something personal that only the two of you know about. It'll be more original.
