call or go online to your local police station and see if they have a comment page and ask the question. some areas are very hard on that b/c some people have died while being in the back of a pick up. make sure they are sitting down on truck bed not on tire hub, thats where they fall off. if someone dies while you're driving and it was an accident you look at vehicular manslaughter or manslaughter in the degrees. so i would definately call my local police station and see before attempting.

the worst possible penalty you could face is having to live the rest of your life KNOWING that you were instrumental in ending the lives of those people, My step daughter, who was extremely beautiful, survived such a situation, but not without a few very scary nights in the hospital. Any laws that prevents this kind of activity is good for everyone concerned.

In Wisconsin, it would be a seat belt violation. Adults and children are required to be wearing seat belts, and children under the age of 8 are supposed to also be in car seats. I used to live in Louisiana and it was legal there, but now I live in California and it's illegal. It just depends on which state you live in.
