In private, you can do whatever you want. For goodness sake sport out a few dollars and get some grooming scissors specifically meant for nose hair grooming unless you enjoy hurting yourself.
Personal grooming in public is rude and makes you look like a slob I don't uderstand why you would want to do this.
Yes, it does look the same. How attractive.

No, pulling out the hairs is not the same. However, if you extract a booger that has a nose hair attached, then that would fall under the picking catagory.

No, not really. When you pick your nose you mine a bit deeper for the mother lode. If it werent' for the nose hairs, there wouldn't be a mother lode.

aCTUALLY when your me your nose hairs grow like a foot long and when you rub your nose you have to sneeze especially when you have such a peppery diet
