It is not about you. You are here for God's pleasure and for His purpose. He will give you understanding but it just does not happen within two visits. There is no shortcuts to a spiritual maturity. Give it time. The Bible in your hands is God talking to you. You will never understand everything until you meet Him. The main thing is to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. : )

First, no one will ever know and understand everything that is in the Bible. Thankfully, God does not require that we do.
Second, the most important thing you need to know is that there is only one way to heaven, and it's not because you're good or bad. The Bible says no one is good but God. God's only requirement is that you accept that the resurrected Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He gave His life for you and He is seated at God's right hand. If you acknowledge you're a sinner (as we all are), repent, ask for forgiveness and trust Christ as your Savior, that is all God requires for you to be saved. That is the one doctrine you must believe is true. God will take care of teaching you how to then live...through His word, the Bible and through prayer.

I think the reason that you asked this question is that you have had little to do with Him all ur life. I think it is wrong to call urself a Christian when you don't have a relationship with Him. I was this way, sort of. I would go to church once a week even sleepin on purpose. untill I went to a different church and was awakened to Him on a CIY trip (Christ in Youth) www.ciy.com, it totally opened my eyes and I statred to live for God, I have had some stumbling blocks but know where to go to find him every time I fall. I'd like you to read the Bible more,(listen to God), and pray more, (talk to God) that is a true relationship with Him. (I am 16 years old by the way.)

You either accept God/Jesus as your personal savior and Master of your life and trust in His Word or you don't. To pick apart the Bible and choose to agree or disagree makes God a liar in your opinion and that I do believe would constitute sin. The Bible is The Word of God, not just the parts you like or agree with. God's will for us is to obey Him, all of Him. You may not agree possibly because you may not understand certain things in the Bible. Ask your pastor or ask here, but make sure you discern all answers with the Bible! There will be some things that none of us totally will understand until we get to heaven, that's ok, but please do not deny any of God's Word. Pray and believe it, even if some doesn't quite make sense to you if you are an early christian. When you continue in your walk of faith in Jesus, you will grow in trust and strength and understanding.

No it is not sinful to disagree with Christianity, But it is sinful to dis-believe the words of God, You need to research what you dis agree with, and you will find it to be the truth, as you go through life's journey, You will understand more of the wisdom of the Bible, You need to go to Church for the teaching, of the Bible, God bless you and Israel and all..

There are literally hundreds of differing denominations of Christianity...
One persons take on one simple little passage and another persons completely different take on another passage has led many a Christian to condemn another Christian to hell...
Which is just plain silly, really...
So, no, it is not sinful to have your own opinion on what you think the bible says and stands for... It simply makes you one more of the many who look to the bible for relgious, moral, or perhaps allegorical meaning and life lessons...
It's what you use your knowledge for that makes you "good" or "bad."

I think that you must agree with the bible, if you don't then you don't really believe in Christianity.
Even though much of the King James Version of the bible has been remade by whites, (to cater to their beliefs). The true bible is in Ethiopia, much of it was destroyed by whites when they invaded Africa.
Plus Christianity originated by blacks in Africa and was not called "Christianity" (a European word). The beliefs of Christianity was called another name in native African languages.

It is real simple, really... If you ask, Jesus will come into your heart and cleanse you from all your sins, past, present and future. That is step one, I did not believe in Satan, hell, or a lot of other stuff when I asked God to save me through Jesus.

You will be fine, but the Christians don't like you thinking for yourself too much.
"What was it that Adam ate that he wasn't supposed to eat? It wasn't just an apple. It was the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. The subtle message? 'Get smart and I'll f*** you over' sayeth the Lord. God is the smartest, and he doesn't want any Competition. Is this not an absolutely anti-intellectual religion?"
