They are weight ratings, E-150 is half ton van, rated to carry 1000 lbs on its chassis, 250 3/4 ton van can carry 1500 lbs on its chassis, and 350 is one ton, rated to carry 2000 lbs on its chassis, this is the amount of weight the van can support inside it, however it can tow trailersw with much more weight. If physical size is your primary concern, the 250 and 350 are available in longer configurations, but for carrying people, the lighter the weight rating the more comfortable the ride quality, so be careful in deciding which is best for your needs. Also, 150 available with v-6, 4.6 v-8, or 5.4 v-8, 250 and 350 available with 5.4, 6.8 v-10, or 6.0 diesel. I hope this is helpful to you, and I wish you the very best.

All are the same size or can be purchased in the same size except possibly the 150. The 250 and 350 I know are available in the long version which due to its length would have more room. The 150 has the lowest load rating capacity and the 350 the biggest. The number designation refers to load capacity.
150 is considered a 1/2 ton van, 250 a 3/4 ton, and 350 a one ton capacity van.

The E150 is the smallest for carrying passengers and towing.

The E250 is uprated to 3/4 ton towing capacity and some more room for passengers.

The E350 is rated to tow 1 ton and I am sure that it seats 15.

Size varies little. It is carrying capacity 1/2,3/4 or 1 ton. 1 ton would be the largest. Also largest engine.
