how do i bypass the parking brake safety on a in dash dvd player?

says i need to hook up yellow and blue wire to the parking brake in order to get video and that it will only play when hooked up is there a way i can bypass this maybe just hook it up to a hot lead or something help this sucks i want to play movies so i can be bling bling tlike the rest of the fools in the hood

the parking break wire is a 12v neg. so just hook it up to your neg wire on your player. that is what i did on my dvd player.

Connect it to ground. What this is, is when you engage your parking brake, it grounds this out so DVD will work. When you dis-engage you pb, it disables use of the DVD player. So, to bling-bling, ground this wire to a clean piece of metal (secure, though!) and you can bling-bling all you want!
- It IS illegal, though! Watch for coppers!
