I found out a while ago that this guy named Andrew liked me, well, after i started talking to him i discovered i liked him to, and one day after school he asked me for my number...So i've talked to him a few times and school and on the phone and since then we've made plans twice to go somewhere, but then like the day before we're supposed to go he gives me some excuse and we can't go anymore. So is he just making excuses so he doesn't have to go out with me? I'm so confused, can someone help.

Hard to say without being there. Maybe something really did come up. Or he might like you but be nervous about an actual date. You might try setting up something with a fairly low-key activity in a quieter environment.

If he is just stringing you along, then let him go. Don't beg for a date and don't act to upset when he cancels. Go on out with friends and let him know you are not going to sit at home and wait for the phone to ring. The next time he calls, be busy and plan it for a later date. He should be calling ahead of time and should not cancel everytime. He may have had a good excuse. Did you ask?

Maybe he's a little shy or perhaps his friends are giving him a hard time. Peer pressure is a powerful thing.
