First of all using White Rain is a NO NO....full of alcohol which is drying your hair out more causing frizz. Suave is another no no. Use a gentle shampoo every other day. Use conditioner daily, deep condition once or twice weekly and use a leave in conditioner before styling. If you use a hair dryer, use a low cool setting and don't dry hair all the way....better yet, air dry. This makes hair less frizzy. You can use olive oil and a hot towel as a deep conditoner weekly. A flat iron smooths hair out also. good luck!

A drastic step; but, one I used when I was young, was a hair straightener. These are available over the counter, or you can have a professional beautician do the procedure.
This procedure will require that you take special care to use shampoo and conditioners especially formulated for chemically treated hair. To me, the trouble was worth it. I had very long naturally curly hair that frizzed at every change in humidity, frizzed when it rained, frizzed when I went swimming. I hated it!
If all the other suggestions you get and try fail, you might consider my solution.

Using White Rain is very bad for your hair. It puts a built up and will dry your hair out.
To get rid of frizzy hair, the best thing to do is to use a good quality product like Graham Webb's Stick Straight Smoothing Gel, followed by Silk Therapy. (These can be purchased at a salon) Also use a good thermal setting spray. A good one is by Wella
If you want something that you can purchase at the store that is cheaper, then use Vavoom, or tresemme products.

for one do you use a brush that is like taboo you have a wide e tooth comb and comb your hair after you ut your hair conditioner in then rinse out and towel dry no need to comb again maybe just the ends....the crunch in you hair mousse in it in all the hair crunch it in with your hair flipped over then fling hair over and crunch Little more in top part evenly ...only use a little at a time so it is not brittle looking takes Little practice you can blow dry it on cold while crunching or in a clip towel etc good luck

it is an identical way my hair is! i do no longer use mousse in spite of the indisputable fact that. All I do is hit upon a flat iron on my hair and each so often it works. additionally, there is that this element at purpose called no frizz spray and it works!

You should try a defrizz product or an anti-humidity product. I know that John Freida has products out. You should check the next time you go to the store.

Use Fredric Fekkai / Tresemme de frizz cream.
Tresemme defrizzing gel is also good. It doesn't make your hair crunch, and it's not really a gel. It's more like a...concentrated liquid.
