Yes if it met all codes and regulations, the artists were superb and would bring their own following and it was clean and uncluttered in appearance. It also needs good curb appeal as well.
Add that to the good location - sounds like a winner.

The people will indeed come if its in a good location...
but they will pay for your services, return, and bring friends if your artists are more than qualified and bring a passion to your shop that no one can top!
