I have been trying to do this to a guy I am friendly with but it never works. At least if it is he is hiding it. I thought all I had to do was not let him... finnish. What should I be doing?

What a myth. Your a tease, but thats about all. Blueballs is nothing more than locker room talk. It is about the same a a girl getting horny and getting wet without doing anything.

Blueballs is not good. Teasing is fine....its sexy and the anticipation is exciting. Giving a guy blueballs means making them so horny/ teasing them so much that their balls are actually becoming painfull with the pressure. It is not a nice feeling.
Tease for a little longer each time and gauge his reaction. In between the times you tease...switch in times when you go really fast. Variety is key in all sorts of relationships but especially sexual ones.

if a guy is getting blue balled he can program his brain to bust it in a second. We have control over our orgasms just like you do. But when we get a nut we don't care if the girl got off. We got ours. SO SORRY
