i like my best freinds sister. she is only a year younger than us. i know she likes me but im shy when it comes to girls. i need your advice on how to ask her brother if its okay with him if i date her and how to ask her out

Try asking your friend how he'd feel if his sister dated a friend of his. See his opinion, then ask him how he'd feel if you dated her.
If he seems alright with it, ask her out. Good luck!

I would suggest that you not talk to your best friend sister because if it goes bad between you and the sister then your best friend will be upset with you.

just ask him if it's ok then close your eyes, embrace yourself for a hit and count to 10.
if you open your eyes and you're not laying on the floor he doesn't mind.
