yes! Adrenaline is a naturally occurring chemical that is released when your body deems it necessary. Your heart pumps adrenaline through your bloodstream. Since you have veins throughout your body (hands included) the adrenaline will reach your hands. What you are likely feeling is not specifically in your hands, but the effect adrenaline is having on your body as a whole. It increases heart rate, opens your pupils and even can increase (while short term) your vision and hearing. Many report actually feeling their heart beating strongly throughout their body and, to answer your question, throughout their hands!
