i've been going out with this guy for about two(2) weeks now, and i think that i'm falling in love with him so when is the right time to tell him that i love him.

First off make sure it's real love. There's a love of infatuation that strikes most people at the beginning of a good relationship and then there's the real deal. Just give it a little bit and once you're sure of that then you can tell him whenever you want. there's not a right or wrong time. it's all up to you

Now. Life is too short and you never know what will happen. Tell people you Love them when you do. Do not wait until it is too late. The modern era often neglects this. Feelings are important and should be expressed. Hiding your feelings will just give you a complex and make some psychiatrist rich.

ok, you're obviously gay right? Hmm...I never told a guy I liked, even loved them while the short dates I had... I would say it should be natural, not that the word love means anything these days, it's thrown around like silly putty to a wall of deceptive lies!

Easy :), When the time is right , when your both in a good mood with eachanother tell him straight out, if you dont tell him , you'll never know how he feel's about that.

whenever it feels right. but two weeks is too soon. you are in love with the idea of being in love with him... so give yourself time to see if its really love.... but i wouldn't say it in just two weeks. nope =0)
