Is the Christian persecution complex kind of ironic, given President Bush's faith-based funding initiative?

I have trouble understanding a group that thinks it is a minority when:

1. They control the Whitehouse.
2. They control the House.
3. They control the Senate.
4. They make up most of the Governers and Mayors.
5. They make up 80% of the population of the US.


I guess I am just dense but I wish I belonged to a minority like that.

Actually, if you read the fine print of the so-called faith based initiative. Any time you are using funds from the government you are not allowed to push any type of religious ideals or agendas. My Church tried to get money from this initiative, and we were told in no uncertain terms that you cannot stress any kind of religion while you are using the money being funded, i.e. if you pay a teacher to teach something, that teacher cannot teach about the Bible. So the name Faith-Based Initiative is almost a misnomer.

unquestionably not something must be funded by way of using Bush's 'faith-based initiatives' for the completed theory is obviously unconstitutional. (of direction, the Iraq conflict is likewise unconstitutional, besides as violating many treaty's and rules)

Most religions have that complex. The faith-based initiatives are actually a scam, they are a way to funnel money to religious organizations that support the neo-cons - its 100% political and not religious at all..
