As an aperitif, Moscato really shines. Light and fizzy enough to sharpen an appetite, Moscato actually lends itself to being served on the rocks. Mix it with fresh fruit juice, orange or, better yet, blood-orange juice. Moscato makes a fine companion with whom to wile away a warm afternoon.

Absolutely not....unless of course you consider yourself a girlie man. I'm in the wine business and I can tell you that Moscato is great stuff. Just stay away from the white zinfandel...then you would be a girlie man.
