i think they should have to serve time then get deported as to the answerer before me ........... come on all ?? i guess everything is an illegalls fault......instead of being on yahoo answers looks like you need to do some research and see that even good ol legal folks wreck also........trust me bubba totalled my car last weeks cause he couldn;t afford a 100 for brakes.....but if my 8 month old would have been with me he would have killed her...............oh_hell

Arrested. Deported after they are made to work and all funds given to any that they may have harmed while driving while drinking.
It is a REAL BAD PROBLEM here in Texas. There is a corner just around where I work that has had several accidents there - all illegals - all no insurance - all with illegal papers. A crowd of people grabbed the last one that attempted to walk away from the accident. It was the daughter of a co-worker and when her dad arrived on the scene - he literally grabbed the man and held him in the air till the police got there to take the man away. Brand new car - and the one hitting the girl is an illegal with no insurance. Guess who will have to pick up the slack in their insurance premiums?

All illegal aliens should be deported if they are caught,if they are caught because of another crime they commit I think they should serve the time for that crime then be deported.

Deport with a lifetime ban on ever being allowed back legally. Why should we pay for their rehab? Let their own countries pay for that!

Deported. If they come back there should be an automatic jail sentence and then deportation.

Deported, of course. I think any illegal immigrant should be deported, and they should do things right and try to enter this country legally.
