This is probably the great lament for innumerable men, but I always seem to attract nut jobs. Yes, I'm aware that the common denominator is me, but trust me, my amorous misadventures would make a fine book. Is there a way to see through a woman's pleasant veneer and gauge what she's really like early on?

find out if she's on any meds or has ever been on meds. find out if she's ever been to a therapist. really, the only way to find out about this is to talk to her. find out what her family's health history is. find out if her father is an alcoholic. find out what her mother is like... meet her.
