First of all shes going to be offend by it. That's like saying you think shes a whore. How do you think she'll act. If some strange guy offered me money I'd kick his a double s. Why don't you tell her you find her very attractive and would like to get to know her better. If she's out of your league then too bad if she's not interested.

is it worth never talking to her or seeing her again because that's what will happen if you ask her that. no girl is out of any ones league you just have to do it the hard way and get to know her ask her out and if she says no then i bet she will say no to sex for money. and if she said yes to sex for money would you really want to do it if she said yes to you who else did she say yes to? you have to have enough confidence in your self to know you can have sex with her or any women for nothing .
