First off I am going to be going to clinicals in about 2 weeks and I got a TB test done . the nurse stuck the needle in me and nothing came out so she went and got a second injection and put it with in 2cm of the first ..... then i went back to get it read and they said it was questionable . so i went back in today to get another shot and the same nurse put it within 3 cm of the second (actual) shot and i read up on TB testing and from what i understand she should have put on a different area of my forearm...... what should I do? go back in tomorrow?

Each test is only good for 48-72 hours that's why you are suppose to go back within 2 days to have them read. As long as it was past the 72 hour mark between each one you should get an accurate reading but that is just from personal knowledge, would be best to contact a physician or the Center of Disease Control

She obviously does not know what she is doing. She should have put the injection in your other arm. You may get a false positive because of the way she did this. If you go back to the same clinic, talk with someone else about the way that the test was performed. Ideally, you should just go to another clinic or to the local Health Department and have the test done.

since time is running out, I'd go back and ask for the test in the other arm as has been suggested. Good luck on your clinicals.

She should have put it in the other arm so there would be no question.
