I am busy with nursing school, full time job, and 6 year old. Don't have a lot of free time to exercise or cook. Plus my family is picky.

there is this one diet i tried for a couple of weeks and it worked. don't eat any carbs after 4 p.m. That way the carbs you have already ate will be broken up by the time you go to bed. usually when we eat carbs for dinner they are not all broken down by the time we go to bed. my friend did the diet for weeks and lost so much weight. She looked amazing. It's not easy, but it beats having to work out everyday!
