I started tating when i was 12, my parents didnt know, i am still dating...but a different guy, its so dorky to date the same guy for over 2 years

I guess I'm just an old fogy, but I didn't start dating until high school. At 12 or 14 you are still figuring out who you are (you are not a child, but not an adult either). You should socialize with lots of different kinds of people. Do group activities. That way you aren't "stuck" with one guy for the whole time! And slow down! You have another 80 years to live! You have only begun your journey. Best of luck, and be smart.

If you think it's "dorky" to date someone for more than two years, then you ARE too young to be dating. Anyways, to be considered in "dating" status, you've got to be going out to places, spending money, picking your "date" up from home, etc. and all that requires a source of income (usually a job). So, I would say about 15-16 years of age.

wow... that last phrase... is freakin wrong. Why is it dorky to date a guy for more than 2 years? People would kill for a relationship to last that long. YOur too young to be dating anyways. Grow up a little.

My first kiddy date was at age 12 *Ice Skating* but my first real date, when i had my first official kiss was at age 14 *At the beach during sunset* SO Romantic!
