Is it reasonable to think I could lose 1 dress size in 1 month. What is the best way? I already do 45 minutes/day on the treadmill + tae bo 3x/week. Plus I eat clean. I have the time...should I do even more cardio, start weight training. seems I am at a plateau right now...

Sure, you probably can. Focusing on eating plenty of veggies and fruits, upping your cardio will help. Make sure you are doing all this for the RIGHT reason- for your health and well-being. Not to fit a perfection mold!

i don't know mabe it might be normal but not that i know of.....
i think you should keep doing what you are doing and maybe lift some wieghts
