Girl 1, easy. From a guy's perspective, bossy is a big no no. That means nagging and controlling. I prefer sweet, nice and understanding, big pluses. Smart is good and shy is cute.

Thought I would provide more info. This is less simple than I first imagined. If I were looking for a long term, serious relationship or marriage, then girl 1, no question. If I were just looking for a casual thing with little emotional involvement, then girl 2. Because girl 1 seems like a nice person, I would want to spare her the ordeal of involvement with me if I were only interested in "sexy time", to quote Borat. I would not feel so guilty about taking girl 2 up on any offers, because she sounds like a biatch. As long as she was physically attractive, I'd endure her drama for as long as it was worthwhile, then I'd split. Girl 1 does not have to be as attractive to attract me, when I am ready for a more serious relationship.

Girl one for sure. The Bossy part is just a turn off. Confidant women are nice, but bossy ones are not fun. Bossy people regardless are not well liked by anyone except maybe those who are into bondage.
