You bet I have. It is my heart's desire to walk worthy of the gospel, to be a walking example of the love of Jesus Christ. The bible tells me if I commit my ways to God, He will give me the desires of my heart. I will make this my prayer every day from here on in.

The one thing I would like to change the most in this world is me. I want to be as much like Christ as I can possibly be. I have prayed about this often, but I have a long way to go. My human nature battles against my spiritual nature every day, and I fail often, but I also see growth over my 33 years with the Lord.

My favorite scripture is Psalms 37:4 which says, "Delight thyself also in the Lord; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart." When I read that verse I prayed, "Lord, the desire of my heart is to delight myself in you."

Loving God is easy because He is so wonderful and faithful to
do all that He says. I have seen it over and over in my life.

By being Christlike I can live my life in the very best way that is possible so it will benefit the most people possible while I still have life and breath in my body. It has been said that we can't lift someone up unless we are on higher ground. I want to be so close to God that I can lift people toward HIm who alone can change us for the best.

The change I would like to see is people caring just a bit more about the environment they live in. No, I don't pray. That isn't going to solve anything. Instead, I encourage people to recycle (and lead by example.) I drive a somewhat environment friendly vehicle (i.e. not a hummer,) plant organic gardens, etc.

Of course, I'm a realist and know that not everyone is going to jump on the bandwagon. Especially if they think the rapture is near....

I would love for the governments to stop worrying about taking risks and doing controversial things that might put off voters, and actually use their power to make the world a better place. I.e. help the 3rd world countries as opposed to just constantly filming them, things lyk that...but no i haven't prayed on it and never will. God does not decide our fates..we do.

More money for me.
A cure for type 1 diabetes.

I have prayed for neither because that means *nothing* compared to actual work - and I've worked for the one, donated money for the other.

I would love less conflict in the world. Less fighting, war of course but I mean everyday conflict.

Less getting mad at being cut off, or cut in front of in line, or having to wait in line. All the stuff that makes us mean to other people. I have rarely prayed for it to be quite honest. For some reason it never pops in my head then.

Dental care for the poor would be one thing. Children books would be another. I would also want to help average folks find an affordable way to save fuel and energy. I would send troops home for good.

I wish I could change the fact that there is so much hatred against Muslims. I'm a Muslim, and if only people could see and hear the truth, maybe there won't so much of this hatred for Muslims, etc. around the world.
