If you had to pick one or the other, would you say that you were a Calvinist or an Arminian.

Two additional notes:
1. If you're thinking of saying "Calminian," just put "Arminian."
2. If you don't know what I'm talking about, disregard the question.

I am a five point Calvinist, amillennial, post-trib rapture at the Final Judgment, pseudo-baptistic (not for salvation), non-cessationalist, and covenantal.

I definitely agree with Jacobus Arminius's theology.

I can not believe that Christ would not allow his work on the cross to be accessible for all mankind just a preselected few. That is not the God I serve.

Though Calvinism and Arminianism, both have their faults theologically. Neither is perfect. But I lean more toward Arminianism.

not sure, but I dont know how anyone could be a calvinist and believe in a burning hell. In other words if God didnt choose you , its burning hell for eternity. I could understand if a person is a calvinIst and didnt believe in hell(just anialation). to not choose you for salvation is to choose you for a burning hell. A loving God??

right that's what i think of :) - Jesus' sacrifice on the go is the only thank you to benefit salvation. - i've got self assurance that we ought to have self assurance on what He did and alter our attitudes in the direction of sin. - i've got self assurance that we ought to repent from our sins and artwork removing sin from our lives. - i've got self assurance that the Holy Spirit can help us do so. - i've got self assurance that if we don't save up with analyzing the Bible and praying, then that's achieveable to get right into a place the place we now no longer have self assurance in God (I advise, examine out Israel in the time of the full previous testomony). - i've got self assurance that no volume of works will ever make us stored, yet that works must be a organic by utilising made of our faith in Christ and from our love in Christ. - i do no longer completely comprehend the go with. ought to that is that there are 2 styles of Christians? ought to the go with be those hand chosen by utilising God? like the disciples? Does that advise others won't have the capacity to be stored? i'm nonetheless analyzing in this to be fairly trustworthy :) i've got self assurance that as quickly as somebody particularly loves Christ and follows Him then there'll be little doubt approximately their salvation and that i've got self assurance that's what we ought to constantly attempt for. enable us to all make beneficial that we by no ability get to the factor the place we ought to question our faith :)
