I'm haivng trouble buying a new ring because I have no idea what kind to use LoL I still have the one in from when it was pierced

it depends on which piercing u have because there are so many different ones. i have a vertical hood piercing. i asked the people at the piercing shop what kind of jewelry is it and they said that they are basically belly-button rings. but im not too sure how to take it out though. that why i just got mine pierced with one that has a diamond in it. i dont think i have any need to take it out lol

It's just called a clitoris piercing. They're rather rare, as most of us don't have the right anatomy for the piercing. More common are hood piercings, vertical or horizontal. (they don't have a special name, but sometimes are abreviated to VCH or HCH). There's quite a few more, but those are the most common. Usually when people refer to clitoral piercings, they actually mean the hood.
You can get a captive bead ring, circular barbell or curved barbell. Curved barbells are the most popular, as they seem to be more comfortable for everyday wear. It's really up to you though, what you find comfortable and what you think looks the nicest.

its called a hood piercing. vertical clitoral piercing or a horizontal clitoral piercing. ususulay they are done with curved barbells. you can also wear captive bead rings and possibly circular barbells..
you can always call your piercer and ask them the best suitable type or jewelry for that area =]
did it hurt? ive always thouga botu getting a verical done.. but i cant get comfortable wiht the idea of someone jabbing me downthere with a needle!!!! hahah
but i would go with a curved of a captive bead ring. captive bead rings are BERY tricky though! so be careful with them down there!
also curved barbells and navel rings are different.. navel rings are refererred to as "banana bells" but you can wear curved barbells in your navel..lol

I don't think you have your clit pierced, as it's illegal in most states and most piercers won't do it because it causes a loss of sensitivity.
It's probably a hood piercing, and for those you stick with curved barbells, just like belly rings.
